Premier Orthopaedics is proud to announce the addition of Vincent P. Novak, M.D. to its Summit Care Center staff on June 16, 2008. Dr. Novak specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a Hand, Elbow, and Shoulder Specialist. Dr. Vincent P. Novak graduated from the University of Maryland as a mechanical engineer, and received a Masters Degree in biomechanical engineering through research performed at Johns Hopkins University. After working for several years as a bioengineer, he received his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland. He completed his surgical internship and orthopedic residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He went on to complete a fellowship in hand, shoulder, and elbow surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Other noted physicians at the Summit Care Center location are Michael L.
