Dr. Eby is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Tennessee and North Carolina. His areas of specialization include Interventional Spine Care and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is affiliated with Summit Medical Center, Premier Orthopaedic Surgery Center, and Summit Surgery Center.

Dr. Eby did a Fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at Orthopedic Specialists of the Carolinas in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was Chief Resident for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he also served his Internship and Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He achieved his Doctor of Medicine degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. He was a Financial Analyst at Adventist Health North California in Deer Park. He graduated Summa cum Laude from Pacific Union College in Agnwin, California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
