Medications must be taken only in accordance with the instructions and dosage as prescribed by your Premier physician.

Prescription requests are handled only during regular office hours. When phoning in a request, please include the name of the medication and the pharmacy’s name and telephone number, in addition to the patient’s full name and date of birth. Be sure to specify if there is an emergency.

No narcotic pain medication prescriptions will be given when the office is closed.
