"I was hurting and scared, had no idea what to expect. The staff was warm, pleasant and professional every time I had an encounter whether on the phone or in person. Then Dr. Chenger evaluated me and told me that I would need a new hip! At 45 years of age, this was a jolt. His calm explanation helped me to understand clearly what was happening and what my choices were. There was no pressure, no rush - it was to be my decision when my desired lifestyle was impeded and when I was finally tired of the pain. 

After going to Disneyworld with my family in a wheelchair and a scooter, I was ready to schedule surgery. Kristy was an angel, and the staff at the office of Premier was always welcoming and efficient. When I mentioned Dr. Chenger's name to friends before my surgery, I got smiles and much encouragement that I was in the best of hands. I found this to be true. 

I did not realize how exhausting pain is, both for the body and the spirit. My life has truly changed. I am able to work at 100% and I work on my feet all day! I have taken kids from church white water rafting (albeit a beginner's run!) and I have walked some moderate trails and enjoyed every minute. I am blessed to be able to tell people that I have had a total hip replacement, over 4 years ago. I dance a little step and they seem to be quite impressed!

I tell everyone I can that Dr. Chenger is the best! He is the exception, in that not only is he a brilliant surgeon, but he cares about his patients as people, not just "an interesting case.” The care I received at Centennial Hospital was great, too. I have been told that all of Dr. Chenger's patients get great care - he expects it and it happens.

I know that I am blessed to have been led to Premier. Dr. Passmore helped me when I broke my foot in a goofy way, and Dr. McHugh helped me with carpal tunnel and another issue. I'm not falling apart, but I know where to find help! I have referred several people to your group, and when I talk to my patients, (I am an optician) sometimes we compare notes and I give them Dr. Chenger's name and Premier's number.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I like the website very much! The pictures make me smile and the site is easy to navigate. It will be a big help to access my records from home, as my work schedule is sometimes peculiar.
