Kathleen Walker – PT, DPT, OCS CLINIC DIRECTOR
Kathleen is the Clinic Director with a specialty certification in Orthopaedics (OCS). She is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, but graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. Kathleen went on to complete a residency in Orthopaedics from Loyola Medical Center in Chicago. She treats a wide range of sports and orthopaedic conditions as well as vestibular/vertigo and running assessments. In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, kayaking and most outdoor activities. She also has completed several running races, including the Chicago Marathon. Kathleen is also a huge sports fan, especially football, and never misses watching her favorite teams.
Demetrious Coleman, Jr. – PTA
Demetrious is originally from Flint, Michigan. He moved to Nashville and graduated from Volunteer State Community College with his Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and became a licensed PTA. Demetrious has a wide variety of clinical experience including outpatient clinics that specialize in the spine with a focus on the sacroiliac joint. In his spare time, Demetrious enjoys reading, running, sports, dancing and traveling as long as he gets to spend time with his family and friends. He is also currently studying Spanish and will be conquering French next.
Samantha Mitchell – Clinical Guest Coordinator
Samantha was born and raised in England where she trained and studied dance. During her dance career she traveled and performed for audiences around the world. After Samantha retired from dance she settled here in Tennessee with her husband and two daughters. Samantha would like to pick up some more hobbies, but she stays very busy with her two wonderful children, ages 3 and 5, going from dance classes to choir.
